While events vary greatly, they share the common goal of providing participants and attendees with a carefully curated experience. With 1 in 4 adults living with an impairment, it is vital that events are planned with inclusive practices leading the way. Partnering with a Voice(Is) Accessibility Adviser for your event ensures that accessibility is a priority by bringing an inclusion expert to your team to assist with pre-planning, implementation, and review. Once events have brought on an Accessibility Coordinator, they have a team member dedicated to supporting the accessibility needs of participants through direct correspondence and on site support.
